Terms and conditions
In the event of a cancellation we would do our best to re-book the room, failing to re-book regrettable would mean the full payment may be liable.
A non returnable first night deposit is required, although we would be happy to forward a deposit on to your next stay. (valid for 3 months).
Longer staying Guest are advised to take out a holiday cancellation insurance.
